Key Responsibilities

Work with sites to improve operational processes in line with CEVA’s BPE and continuous improvement methodologies.

Deliver project improvements focused on operational re-engineering, driving efficiency through process redesign, layout optimization, and MHE utilization analysis.

Lead measurement and calculation of project savings, payback periods, investments, and associated financial impacts.

Support site teams in conducting and completing Kaizen or improvement activities and ensure progress is tracked, reported, and sustained.

Guide operations teams to apply CEVA’s operational model and achieve SCA/TCA standards through assessment and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with site leaders to develop and maintain performance measurements aligned with CEVA KPIs, and support improvements to customer performance metrics.

Apply BPE tools such as 5S, VSM, ABC/slotting analysis, and scheduling methodologies to identify and remove waste.

Support documentation and standardization of work instructions, templates, and audit compliance.

Provide expertise in continuous improvement, data analysis, and CEVA methodologies to enhance site productivity and quality.

Utilize network modelling, AutoCAD, and simulation tools to design and optimize logistics solutions.

Collaborate with Business Development and Solution Design teams to ensure operational data and process models accurately support commercial proposals.

Facilitate workshops and formal improvement projects, acting as a coach and change advocate across the region.

Qualification
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Experience
2 years’ experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or CI roles
