As part of the implementation of a new Business Suite, Business Process Management is establishing seamless, efficient and standardised end-to-end processes for the international Patient Care Organisation.

The focus of this role is on developing and integrating a project management framework based on the SAP Project System that provides a holistic representation of patient care cases and connects clinical workflows, service delivery and financial management. In doing so, you will create the foundation for transparent and integrated management of patient care across functional, process and system boundaries.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and further develop end-to-end processes relating to the management, service delivery and billing of patient care cases within the Patient Care Organisation
  • Develop an integrated project and cost collector framework to connect clinical workflows, service delivery, Finance and Operations
  • Analyse business requirements and implement standardised process and system solutions as part of the introduction of a new Business Suite
  • Collaborate closely with Patient Care entities, Finance, Operations, IT, as well as Salesforce and ERP teams to establish an integrated end-to-end solution
  • Support pilots, testing, rollouts and change management activities to ensure the successful implementation of new digital processes and ways of working

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification gained through professional experience
  • Experience with SAP Project System (PS) or comparable ERP solutions used to manage project-based service delivery, project-based manufacturing, case management or cost tracking
  • Initial to several years of professional experience in Business Process Management, Process Engineering or the implementation of ERP, project management or business systems
  • Sound understanding of end-to-end business processes as well as an interest in connecting operational workflows, financial management and system-based process mapping
  • Very good German and English language skills as well as enthusiasm for working in transformation projects
