  • Translate business requirements into clear Business Process Engineering requirements and support global alignment between SCM business processes and ERP functionalities
  • Development, improvement, and implementation of performance-enhancing business processes within the global KVI Supply Chain organisation
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose process-related improvements to the SCM Team
  • Support business-side change management for process updates in collaboration with the global KVI Process Management Team
  • Communicate impacts of updates to the global Supply Chain community clearly and in timely manner
  • Prepare, maintain, and provide training to new and existing SCM people for SCM Business Processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Process Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong change and stakeholder engagement

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 2600 EUR/month

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
