
The Business Process Consultant will evaluate, optimize, and redesign operational workflows across key economic development initiatives. This role focuses on creating and translating public policy into actionable operational frameworks, streamlining business support services, and creating structured mechanisms for community engagement. The ideal candidate blends creativity, strategic management and expertise with a deep understanding of local government operations, economic development policy, and community stakeholder dynamics.
Responsible for providing project support to Department Directors and the Department Executive Team. Provides consulting services to process leaders and team leaders. Analyzes, and presents alternatives, makes recommendations and provides assistance for resolving business and technical issues confronting process leaders and team leaders in the areas of planning, performance measurement, change management, and periodic assessment review.

$75,950.00 - 95,700.00 annually
