The Business Process & Change Management Analyst (Contract) plays a critical role in helping Harvard Business Publishing successfully navigate enterprise transformation. Reporting to the Director of Process Innovation & IT Project Management, this position partners closely with technology and business leaders to redesign processes, drive adoption of new ways of working, and ensure AI and automation initiatives deliver measurable business value.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting strategy to execution, translating complex technology capabilities into practical business solutions, and helping teams embrace change. You'll work across the organization to improve processes, support transformation initiatives, and enable employees to adopt new tools and workflows that improve efficiency and outcomes.

While this role is open to remote candidates, individuals based in the Boston area will be prioritized due to onsite collaboration needs. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance. The hourly pay range for this position is $55-$65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
