We are looking for a Business Process Automation Analyst to join our Ops team and help us scale and optimize the way we work. The Operations team plays a key role in designing, improving, and automating the processes that define how the company operates. In this role, you will support ongoing automation projects, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with different teams to make processes more efficient and scalable.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in automation, process improvement, and working closely with both business and technical teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the design and automation of operational processes

  • Help identify inefficiencies and propose improvements

  • Work with tools such as spreadsheets, APIs, and automation platforms

  • Supporting the development, maintenance, and improvement of internal tools and automation scripts in SQL and Python

  • Collaborate with different teams and clients to understand their workflows and needs

  • Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, a STEAM discipline, or a related field.

Work Experience Requirements:

0–2 years of experience in operations, automation, or a related field (internships included)

  • A fast learner, comfortable adapting quickly in a dynamic environment

  • Detail-oriented, understanding that small things can have a big impact

  • Driven to work in an environment where excellence is the standard, not the exception

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of programming and data tools such as SQL, Python, and/or low-code automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Make, Zapier)

  • Familiarity with APIs and data extraction, with interest in using them for automation or analytical purposes (hands-on experience is a plus)

  • General understanding of data visualization tools such as Metabase, Looker, or similar

  • Exposure to or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools and use cases (e.g., using AI for automation, data processing, or workflow optimization)

  • Previous experience (internship or full-time) in consulting, operations, or a fast-paced startup environment is a plus

  • Strong level of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Personal or academic projects related to automation, AI, data workflows, or process optimization

  • Hands-on experience building scripts, bots, or tools that improve efficiency or solve real problems
