Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

The professional collaborates closely with various business units to understand their needs and translate them into clear product requirements and use cases. Engaging in detailed user and task analysis, the role ensures that business needs are accurately represented and addressed throughout the project lifecycle, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed process documentation and use cases.
• Skilled in conducting user and task analysis to capture comprehensive business needs.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
• This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
