Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. Collaboration with various business units is essential to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective in real-world applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and foster consensus among stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document processes and interact with diverse teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable process designs.
- Experience in conducting user and task analysis to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Familiarity with process modeling and documentation tools to create comprehensive guides.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
