Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management - Sr.Business Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for business facing & development for various applications in SAP Logistics Execution.
The role requires the person to act as a professional for the global business processes within the function, lead the execution of different projects activities and ensure the smooth execution of critical business processes.
The person will be required to collaborate with business teams / technical teams and IT counterparts for project activities in different business areas across all geographies.
Ability to capture the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.
Responsibilities
Possess strong knowledge of business processes and technology to solve highly complex business processes and procedural problems
Manage and/or perform the design, build and testing of business applications and architecture related to SAP LE and WM modules in line with agreed timelines, business requirements and global standards.
Be part of project implementation & roll out teams and take ownership of specific functional areas. This involves business analysis, design, development and testing for assigned functional areas
Participate in project meetings with various business stakeholders and lead some of those meetings
Coordinate / support / lead projects (small and medium scale) and design frameworks
Keep the project manager and stakeholders updated on the status of assignments
Identify and implement continuous improvement and simplification opportunities
Maintain standards of system performance & reliability by following governance procedures
Ability to work with cross functional teams
Develop project documentation
Adhere to Global standards (governance, project steps & documentation)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum 6+ years of experience
In depth knowledge of Logistics Execution/Warehouse management + Decentralised/ Embedded EWM along with EDI interface and awareness of integration with MM, SD and other functional areas with at least 2-3 full life cycles
Experience in S/4 Hana. Should have done @ least 1 implementation on S/4 HANA
In depth Knowledge of Decentralised/ Embedded TM9 functionality and processes
Business process knowledge in Logistics Execution and Warehouse Management
Strong oral & written communication skills
Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies
Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of Charge management would be an added advantage
Knowledge of other Supply Chain processes and SAP Supply Chain modules
Knowledge of ABAP debugging
Knowledge of AI Automation tools
