Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with various business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the position includes engaging in user and task analysis activities to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders for process refinement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and model complex business processes.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Ability to conduct thorough user and task analysis to capture business needs accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow design tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
