Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address operational challenges. This position demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and cross-functional partnership.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Document and communicate process designs and improvements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process architecture principles.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and increased efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and model complex business processes effectively.
- Experience in creating detailed process documentation and business requirement specifications.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather and validate business needs.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
