Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing business processes, developing documentation that supports the implementation of new technologies and workflows. Your daily activities will include working closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring business needs are accurately captured and addressed through effective process design. You will perform user and task analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support seamless transitions to new systems and processes while proactively addressing challenges during implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA PP/QM
Contributing to requirement gathering, solution design, and SAP PP configuration.
Collaborate with multiple teams, drive key decision-making, and take accountability for team-level outcomes while supporting team performance.
Lead workshops and meetings to capture requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and system functionalities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control for Discrete Industries.
Hands-on experience in data migration and cutover activities.
Ability to ensure adherence to industry best practices and S/4HANA standards during solution delivery.
Experience participating in requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration of SAP PP modules.
Deep expertise in key PP functionalities including Master Data, Production Orders, MRP, Planning Strategies, and Capacity Planning & Scheduling.
Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD, QM, CO, and PM modules.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
