  • Serve as system owner for ERP configuration, security, workflows, integrations, change management, data governance, and access controls, including maintaining documentation, SOPs, and training materials
  • Own and drive ERP development, enhancements, and ongoing support with third-party vendors while serving as the primary liaison between IT, accounting, operations, and external partners, including ticket management, prioritization, testing, and release coordination

  • Plan and execute ERP upgrades, patches, and releases while balancing day-to-day administration with strategic optimization initiatives and long-term ERP roadmap planning, ensuring stability and minimal business disruption

Key Competencies

  • ERP system ownership and operational accountability, including vendor coordination and cross-functional communication
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on process automation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to balance daily user support with strategic project work, supported by a structured approach to user training, documentation, and system governance

Requirements

  • Experience owning and administering an ERP system in a distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of accounting and operational workflows
  • Experience managing ERP integrations, including third-party platforms, EDI, and API-based systems, with working knowledge of scripting and data structures for troubleshooting and system support
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and reduce manual workloads through automation, including coordinating work with external vendors, consultants, or ERP development partners
