Purpose of the role:

You will become part of the System Analytics team and your main focus will be automating internal business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Key responsibilities:

• Requirements management: Write, refine, and adjust business/system requirements based on business needs. Maintain clear traceability between Head of System Analysis inputs and finalized requirements

• Provider integrations: Analyze game providers’ API documentation. Propose enhancements to the Aggregator API to support new provider features and integration scenarios

• Delivery decomposition & alignment: Decompose scope together with the development team so that each part results in a separate, measurable product increment. Formalize and distribute requirements across different product teams

• Documentation & knowledge base: Own and manage the Confluence space structure, ensuring detailed, up-to-date, and easily navigable requirements documentation

• Process improvement: Initiate and maintain team requirement review processes to improve consistency and quality

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in Business Process Analysis / Operational Excellence with a strong focus on process optimization and automation

• Strong understanding and hands-on practice of Agile methodologies

• Strong background in System Analysis, with additional experience in Business Analysis considered a plus

• Self-driven and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables

• Experience in the iGaming / Gambling domain is a strong advantage

• English B1+, Russian B2+
