The Finance Business Process Management team is a collaborative, forward‑thinking group passionate about making Finance work better, faster, and smarter. We sit at the heart of Finance GBS transformation—driving consistency, scalability, and resilience across global operations.

As a Business Process Analyst – Operational Excellence, you play a critical role in turning strategy into execution. You’ll work at the intersection of finance, technology, and continuous improvement—helping implement systems, transition processes, and embed disciplined ways of working. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving how things run, and seeing your work create measurable impact, this is a place where you can truly make a difference.

Where you come in

• You lead defined workstreams within finance system implementations and process transition initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned to documented requirements.
• You analyze current‑state finance processes to identify automation, standardization, and efficiency opportunities, translating insights into structured improvement recommendations.
• You develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, control narratives, and functional design specifications to support system configuration and governance.
• You support solution design sessions by gathering business requirements and partnering with technical teams to ensure system capabilities meet operational needs.
• You contribute to process migration and stabilization efforts by monitoring risks, validating outputs, and supporting issue resolution during hypercare phases.
• You partner with Finance stakeholders to clarify operational pain points and support data‑driven decision‑making within defined project scope.
• You track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing timely updates that reinforce structured project governance.
• You support post‑implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify further optimization opportunities as part of continuous improvement efforts.

What makes you successful

• You bring a strong understanding of finance operations, end‑to‑end processes, and control considerations within shared services or GBS environments.
• You have hands‑on experience supporting or leading workstreams in finance systems implementations, process migrations, or operational transitions with a disciplined execution approach.
• You are skilled in process mapping and documentation, including current‑state and future‑state design, requirements gathering, and functional specifications.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex process issues into practical, measurable improvements.
• Your proficiency with Microsoft Office tools—particularly Excel and PowerPoint—enables clear analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• You have experience developing or supporting automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
• You bring a foundational understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their application in business processes, including exposure to AI‑enabled tools or automation initiatives.

Nice to have

• Your background includes project management certification or formal project management training.
• You have exposure to Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• You bring experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath or similar platforms.
• You are familiar with AI‑enabled productivity tools, analytics platforms, or human‑in‑the‑loop frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and decision support.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
