As Tariff’s take hold, this dynamic and evolving role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that Arrow has a smooth and effective “Tarif handling process”. You will help to clarify what the Tariff(s) mean to Arrow, validate our understanding, determine and complete the Oracle/off system process and ensure prompt communications to the wider Arrow community, all whilst working to protect our financial exposure.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reviewing monthly status of aging and expiring inventory
• Leading calls with sales, asset and operations to ensure timely disposition of inventory
• Initiating inventory movement (IRISO's).
• Troubleshooting any transfer/disposition issues.
• Working with Trade Ops and Logistics to ensure timely execution
• Providing support in other tariff related, non IMMEX, process

What We Are Looking For:

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English
• Familiarity with tariffs, international regulations, and trade compliance
• Understanding of global markets and cross-border operations
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred
• Background in finance and regulatory compliance is preferred
• Ability to work independently with little or no guidance
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and apply knowledge effectively
• Critical thinking to identify and resolve challenges efficiently

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$31,575.00 - $40,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
