As a Business Process Analyst, you will work with multiple platforms to bring process insights for wider teams to benefit from and unlock value for our EverGreen strategy. Working closely with Insights, Process Orchestration and Mining teams to shape process intelligence to offer better insights to Global Functions and Standing Organisation teams.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • analysing process execution data to identify deviations from designed process intent and investigating the likely root causes of conformance and performance issues for teams to action
  • tracking and reporting against established domain-specific KPIs and performance indicators maintaining a consistent and accurate view of process health that stakeholders can rely on for decision-making
  • analysing Whatfix interaction data and internal NPS survey results to understand how end users engage with process-supporting platforms identifying friction points and adoption gaps that may indicate underlying process or enablement issues
  • combining signals from Celonis New Relic Whatfix NPS ARIS and Camunda to produce a joined-up domain-level view of process health connecting system performance user behaviour and conformance into a single coherent narrative
  • shaping and presenting analytical findings in clear concise formats tailored to the needs of process owners and Standing Organisation teams ensuring insights are easy to consume and ready to act on
  • formulating clear evidence-based improvement recommendations for identified process issues providing process owners and SO teams with everything they need to assess prioritise and act without requiring further input from the analyst.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business process analysis process intelligence or a related field
  • strong business knowledge of the DtW domain
  • strong experience in data manipulation and translating data into actionable insights
  • experience driving process improvement initiatives within the DtW domain
  • hands-on experience with process management and mining tools such as ARIS and Celonis
  • experience using Business Intelligence and analytics tools including Power BI Celonis ARIS and Camunda with a strong understanding of reporting capabilities to drive process improvements
  • excellent written and verbal English.
