Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to lead the Claims, and Returns processes within our Enterprise Logistics Application deployed across Europe and Dubai. The role involves guiding the scrum team, prioritizing business requirements, and managing cross-team dependencies.

· Provide overarching process experience and knowledge to guide the scrum team and prioritize the product backlog.

· Prepare Features for Program Increments (PI) Planning in alignment with the Product Manager/Chief Product Owner.

· Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.

· Prepare content for Iteration Planning sessions and actively participate in Iteration Reviews and Retrospectives.

· Knowledge of logistics and supply chain, especially in customer order processing and claims & returns.

· Project experience in a leading role using agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.

· Familiarity with Microservice Architecture, FOSS, and Cloud technologies.

· Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and X-Ray.

· Advanced English proficiency: German language skills are a plus.

· Ability to coordinate complex topics and projects.

· Experience in moderating large group discussions.

· Strong leadership skills.

· Experience in international collaboration.

· High level of self-management and initiative.

· Reliability and open-mindedness.

· Willingness to travel for onsite engagements (a few weeks as needed).
