This position is National Remote. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in Minneapolis, Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office for a minimum of four (4) days per week.

In this role, a candidate would independently manage accumulator exchange implementation projects from requirements gathering through production deployment, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and vendor partners. They would lead discussions to define business requirements, coordinate cross-functional implementation activities, and analyze accumulator exchange needs to develop effective solutions. The candidate would oversee testing strategies, validate system configurations and data exchanges, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure production readiness. Additionally, they would monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, maintain implementation documentation, analyze performance metrics to drive process improvements, support the onboarding and development of team members, and serve as a subject matter expert on accumulator exchange products, processes, and vendor integrations.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

We offer weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage accumulator implementation projects from requirements gathering through production implementation
  • Lead client and vendor discussions to define business requirements and implementation approaches
  • Serve as the primary implementation contact for assigned clients and vendor partners
  • Coordinate implementation activities across Account Management, Technology, Operations, Vendor Management, Data Governance, and external partners
  • Analyze accumulator exchange requirements and determine appropriate implementation solutions
  • Lead testing strategy development, scenario validation, defect tracking, and production readiness reviews
  • Investigate and resolve complex implementation issues and data discrepancies
  • Validate accumulator exchange setups, file layouts, eligibility requirements, and testing results
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively identify implementation risks and mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, process flows, SOPs, and job aids
  • Analyze implementation metrics and recommend process improvements
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new analysts
  • Participate in operational improvement initiatives and special projects
  • Act as a subject matter expert for accumulator exchange products, processes, and vendor integrations

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 3+ years of business process, implementation, operations, healthcare, or related experience
  • 2+ years of implementation, project coordination, or client-facing experience
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RxCLAIM and accumulator exchange processes
  • Experience with medical and pharmacy accumulator integrations
  • Experience with file exchange implementations and data mapping
  • SQL experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Visio
  • Experience leading client and vendor meetings
  • Healthcare, PBM, or health plan experience

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
