Business Process Analyst (BPA)

Oklahoma City, OK | Hybrid | 12-Month Contract

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support a Transformation Management Office with business process analysis, process improvement, strategic initiatives, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and root causes.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
• Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, business requirements, reports, and recommendations.
• Support strategic and enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Conduct feasibility, risk, and optimization analysis.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Support change management, implementation, and process sustainment.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Preferred

• 3–5+ years Business Analyst experience
• Government, healthcare, public health, finance, or regulated-environment experience
• Organizational transformation / enterprise improvement experience

• Lean Six Sigma or related certification/training
• MBA/MHA or related master's degree

Work Arrangement

Hybrid — Oklahoma City, OK

Candidates must be available to work 3–4 days per week onsite at the Oklahoma City Central office.

Interview: One round, in-person, up to 60 minutes.
