As a Business Process Analyst at Müller's Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing business processes using Aris. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and various teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes using Aris
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
• Utilize Aris to model and analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Identify and propose process improvement opportunities to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor process improvements
• Provide training and support to end users on process improvements and new tools

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Aris for process modeling and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in the tech industry or tech consulting is preferred
