Work Environment – “Contact Center Enablement Services” 2 BPA’s and an Operations Analyst. This team focuses on 4 pillars; Executing Strategy. Business Transformation and Delivery. Incident Management. (#1 need) Knowledge & Operations Enablement. Identity & Access Services.
Day to day expectations *Need to focus on cleaning up SOPs and knowledge. Would like to find someone who has experience in content writing standards. Assess the article, does this need to stay/go/edited. 60% of the time would be spent here. Salesforce is the repository. 6,000 articles, would like to get that down to 2,000 articles.

Support Doc Oversight for KCS related SharePoint inventory in partnership with BPAs/BOAs (example: KCS SOP and Salesforce Content Repository)

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
