John Deere Bank S.A. is one of the European branches for John Deere Financial, along UK, Spain, Germany, and Luxembourg. The primary activity is providing financial services to customers and dealers who want to finance John Deere equipment.

Due to the development of John Deere Bank in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Business Process Analyst

Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document end-to-end business processes across functions
  • Identify opportunities for process harmonization and standardization across countries and teams
  • Drive process improvement initiatives with a focus on efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Support digitalization and automation initiatives (e.g. process redesign, workflow optimization)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define target processes and requirements
  • Ensure processes are aligned with internal governance, controls, and audit requirements
  • Track process performance and support continuous improvement activities

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Multiple years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
  • Exposure to digitalization or automation initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
