General Summary:
The Manufacturing Business Process Analyst (BPA) willidentify, develop, deploy, and support business processes across Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations. This role focuses on enabling scalable, flexible, and data-driven manufacturing processes by improving existing Business Processes and driving new capabilities aligned with business growth and operational excellence. The BPA will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and IT teams to design and implement integratedsystemand process solutions. The role will support large-scale system and process integration initiatives, functional consolidation, and modernization efforts across internal and external manufacturing partners to meet organizational goals. The candidate should have deep semiconductor manufacturing, procurement and sourcing, module manufacturing, high-tech electronics assembly, and planning solutions. A background withhands onexperience in business solution life cycle and deploying cross functional system-based solutionsa must The experience should consist of writing requirementsdocumentand functional specifications that capture business requirements thoroughlyyet,succinctly. Highly skilled in change management processes even on difficult projects. Works closely withglobalteam to embracenew solutions Utilizes business process techniques such as RACI, process flows, swim-lane diagrams to develop solutions. Makesgood designtrade-offs to improve processes when challenged with resource constraints. Ensures design is consistent with future initiatives and scalable.
Responsibilities :
Develop and recommend new / improved business process,policyand system solutions
Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement,identifyingindicators for future improvement opportunities
Write functional specs capturing business requirements, Document user desktop procedures, Lead End User Training, Secure user support of new processes, and provide users process and systems training.
Lead status meetings, process development workshops, training sessions, project teams,etc, andfacilitatecommunication between user community and project teams.
Successful candidate willpossessthe following characteristics:
Excellent communication (oral and written),collaborationand presentation skills
Skilled at change management Demonstrate strong critical thinking and analytical skills Mastery of Data Management and Analysis (e.g.Excel, Tableau, etc.).
BPA can thinkholistically;and focus on limited scope enhancements at the same time.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
OR
Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2+ years of related business process analysis experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of related business process analysis experience.
