Business Process Analyst (BPA)
Are you passionate about customers andoptimizingthe business processes necessary to help them imagine, design, and make a better world? You are an experienced analyst eager toestablishrobust business process improvement standards to support our efforts to grow Autodesk's GTM Operations.
About the Team
The Business Process & Excellence Team is a dynamic group of experts responsible for driving operational excellence across Autodesk's GTM organizations by partnering with program leaders to ensure strategic projects and programs are delivered according to established project management, readiness, and business process frameworks.
Responsibilities
Be able toidentifythe impact on internal business processes from Company Strategic Initiatives
Design,maintain, and evolve business process maps according to Growth and Transformation programs
Support business process owners in their efforts to create,optimize, and automate ourservices
Facilitate processworkshops with cross Organization audience
Observe processes inaction
Solveprocess-relatedproblemsand advise the Program team on recommendations
IdentifyProcess Performance Indicators and be able tomeasure them
Measure and report on process effectiveness and ensure processes are supportingthe evolution ofcompanygoals
Leverage Autodesk standards—brand assets, experience, processes, tools, teams
Partner with our readiness teams,as needed,to be sure our teams are prepared for changes to our processes or how we governthem
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of business process mapping or re-engineering or similar experience
Expert skills with process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, EDP, etc.)
Ability to understand process details and how they link to our strategy andgoals
Facilitate working sessions and driveoutcomes
Able toinitiateand nurture relationships at alllevels
Proficiencyin English
Preferred Qualifications
You have experience with Business Process Management Platform (e.g. Signavio, Nintex, etc.)
You have experience with PowerBI and extracts insights from dashboards
You have knowledge of enterprise contact centers and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, etc.)
You have sales, customer success, or customer supportexperience

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
