  • Support testing activities: define test scenarios, validate UAT outcomes, and coordinate defect resolution

  • Lead change management: prepare training materials, support communications, and coordinate rollouts with operations and support teams

  • Track and report epic progress and outcomes using agreed KPIs; escalate risks and issues proactively

  • Apply continuous improvement and Lean thinking to refine processes and reduce waste

Basic Qualifications

  • (Level: 3) 5+ years of business analysis / product ownership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

  • 5+ years of solid understanding of manufacturing processes: discrete or process manufacturing, production planning, shop floor control, quality management

Preferred Qualifications

  • (Level: 4) 7+ years of business analysis / product ownership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

  • Demonstrated experience with manufacturing systems (ERP, MES, PLM) and integrations between them

  • Strong hands-on experience with Agile tooling (Jira, ADO) and documentation (Confluence/Macroscope)

  • Proven ability to write high-quality acceptance criteria, user stories, process flows, and technical handoffs

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence at all levels

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data (SQL knowledge preferred) and metrics to demonstrate impact
