Business Process Analyst – WW Process Excellence

HP’s Industrial Print business is a $2B business with the ambition and the opportunity to grow and scale significantly thanks to our great HW, Supplies and Services portfolio. Achieving this vision requires top‑tier processes and tools, and that’s where the WW Process Excellence Team within Industrial Sales Operations plays a critical role.

The WW Process Excellence Team leads operational change, driving a customer‑centric approach and best‑in‑class operations. By leveraging data insights, the team optimizes processes and tools to deliver a seamless customer experience, while executing transformation projects to scale the Industrial Organization. In close partnership with IT teams and business stakeholders, the WW Process Excellence ensures strategic alignment and measurable results.

This role is a Business Process Analyst within the Process Excellence Team, responsible for driving operational transformation and leading end‑to‑end projects with Worldwide scope. The role focuses on understanding business operations, identify improvement opportunities, and translate needs into tool requirements, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable operations aligned with HP’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Act as an active member of the Process Excellence Team, driving operational transformation initiatives across WW business operations.
Deeply understand how our business operates, identify opportunities for improvement, and help define the tools and processes that will make us more efficient.
Develop and manage the Process Excellence funnel, ensuring a structured pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives across regions and functions.
Lead assigned projects end‑to‑end, ensuring delivery on scope, timelines, quality, and ownership of action items.
Lead the transformation toward a data‑driven organization, ensuring KPI availability, regular performance reviews, and actions driven by insights.
Serve as SME for operational processes, including: End‑to‑end process mapping and standardization, consistency and clarity of ownership (RACI), cross‑organizational and cross‑regional alignment.
Execute process and tooling improvements that reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and enable operational scalability at WW level.
Support tool onboarding and stabilization, ensuring adoption, issue resolution, and post‑go‑live optimization.

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Typically 4–6+ years of experience in project management, process excellence, business operations, or transformation.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes, with experience designing scalable and compliant operating models in global environments.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, multi‑regional projects end‑to‑end.
Structured, data‑driven problem solver, able to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
Experience working with enterprise systems and tools, such as ERP, CRM, workflow tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI).
Ability to build strong partnerships and foster a customer‑centric, execution‑focused culture.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects with measurable results.
