KeyInvest is seeking a Business / Process Analyst to join our Rapid Process Design & Uplift Squad, supporting a critical transformation program focused on operational resilience, process uplift and service integration.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role ideal for someone who can turn policy and regulatory requirements into clear, practical and auditable processes.
About the Role
You will work at the intersection of business, risk and technology, helping translate regulatory obligations and transformation objectives into structured, efficient and controlled operational processes.
Your work will directly support CPS 230 (Operational Resilience) and CPS 234 (Information Security) alignment, ensuring processes are fit for purpose, audit-ready and ready for service desk integration.
Key Responsibilities
Process Discovery & Documentation
Facilitate workshops to understand and map current (as-is) processes
Design clear, practical future state (to-be) processes
Produce high-quality, user-friendly process documentation
Process Uplift & Control Embedment
Translate policies and regulatory requirements into operational workflows
Embed controls aligned to CPS 230 and CPS 234
Ensure processes are practical, repeatable and sustainable
Traceability & Evidence Design
Establish end-to-end traceability: Policy → Process → Control → Evidence
Define how evidence is captured, stored and retrieved for audit
Support development of audit-ready artefacts
Service Desk & Workflow Integration
Work closely with Service Desk teams to translate processes into JIRA workflows
Support development of service catalogue and request types
Apply “one-time data entry, multiple use” principles
Process & Data Improvement
Identify inefficiencies, duplication and data gaps
Recommend improvements to support automation and reporting
Contribute to improved employee experience and operational efficiency
What You Bring
You are a structured thinker and hands-on analyst who enjoys turning complexity into clarity.
You will demonstrate:
Strong experience in process mapping and documentation
Ability to translate policy, standards or requirements into workflows
Experience working across business, technology and stakeholders
High attention to detail with a practical, delivery mindset
Ability to work in fast-paced, time-boxed environments
Desirable Experience
Exposure to regulated environments (e.g. financial services)
Understanding of CPS 230 / CPS 234 or similar frameworks
Experience with JIRA, Visio or process modelling tools
Exposure to service desk or workflow-based environments
