What this role is all about:

As Business & Platform Operations Intern you will have an opportunity to dig deeper into the complex world of mobile services, by learning how we connect our platform with operators and clients, how Infobip infrastructure works from setting it up, customizing it and monitoring quality and profitability.

You will start at the beginning learning how the business works, what is needed for our service to be running and how all is achieved. Then you will deep dive into technical expertise learning how we monitor transactions and system, how we ensure technical solutions cover regulatory demands and restrictions and how we combine expertise of multiple teams to establish interconnectivity of clients and partners.

What you'll do:

  • You will solve challenges for our clients (by designing and implement business and technical solutions).
  • Industry experts with years of domain knowledge will be there to help you learn and grow.
  • You will learn about business processes and how cross-departmental cooperation is built.
  • You will learn about Infobip’s communication platform and advanced technical platform settings.
  • You will learn about technical and business side of products and services. 
  • You will work with big amount of data to make decisions.
  • You will learn about cooperation with telco partners worldwide. 
  • You will be working with various tools (internal and external).

What makes you a strong fit:

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree at a technical, business or other relevant field.
  • You aim to be an intern who understands both technical and business sides of IT solutions.
  • You are proficient in English.
  • Able to work in Zagreb or Vodnjan 40 hours per week.
  • You know that being supportive is a mindset; it’s in your true nature to be equally supportive to both your clients and your colleagues.
  • You are not afraid to dig deeper and use your analytic approach to solve problems.
  • You are available to start with internship on July 6th, 2026.
  • You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).

Internship timeline:

  • CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During April & May)
  • Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)
  • Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (June)
  • Start of internship program (July 6th)
  • Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (July 6th - 10th)
  • Working with the mentor and within a team (July - January)
  • End of the Internship program (January)
