Job Description

1.Strategic role achoring branch banking which is the primary channel of the bank. The responsibilities involve working very closely with Branch Banking Head, Retail Banking Head all critical stake holders like Audit Compliance, HR, Retail Assets Product Team, Liability Product Management, Customer Service.
The role is strong mix of driving business, productivity, efficiency and is also a controlling function.
Responsible for performing market/trend analysis as well as developing various reports for management review.
2. Assist in Retail bank strategy development / planning. Automate business MIS and controls
3. Target setting & performance planning with Retail Assets & Liabilities Stakeholders, Planning & Channels for each product line, branches and e-channels and provide analytical insights to recommend strategy for performance uplift.
4. Periodical update on Business performance, audit, PDD, delinquency, cost management, P&L for leadership reviews.
5. Control on Retail Financials with ongoing monitoring of costs, revenues and provisioning
6. Performing quantitative / qualitative analysis to support the evaluation of growth strategies and business development opportunities.
7. Preparing concise and actionable presentations, internal Memorandums, infographics etc.
