
Business Planning Manager for Solutions and Growth

The Business Planning Manager (BPM) for Poly is responsible for leading end-to-end planning activities across the Poly portfolio, connecting demand, supply, and execution to deliver optimal business outcomes.
The role operates at a highly strategic and analytical level, driving complex planning decisions, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring alignment between supply chain capabilities and business priorities.
This position plays a critical role in improving conversion, customer experience, inventory health, and financial performance, while enabling scalable and data-driven planning processes for Poly within the broader Personal Systems organization.
Priorities (first 6–12 months)
Stabilize and optimize end-to-end planning for Poly
Improve business performance across key metrics
Strengthen demand shaping and supply optimization levers
Enhance data visibility and performance management
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in planning processes
Strengthen cross-functional alignment

Pay & Benefits
The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
