Job Description

Imagine what you could do here! The people here at Apple don’t just create products — they build the kind of wonder that’s revolutionized entire industries. It’s the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. At Apple, inclusion is a shared responsibility, and we work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work.

Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.

We are seeking a dynamic, analytically-driven strategist to join our Digital Growth Initiatives team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across our Digital Experience organization, contribute to Apple's new market expansion strategy, and develop digital commerce briefs that shape experiences for millions of customers. You are a confident communicator and structured thinker who thrives at the intersection of business planning, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven storytelling.

The ideal candidate is a business-minded strategist with a strong analytical foundation and a natural instinct for clear, compelling communication. You bring structure to complex, ambiguous problems and translate data and insights into recommendations that drive alignment and action.

You operate effectively under limited supervision, managing competing priorities with precision and care. You are highly organized and methodical — comfortable sweating the details while keeping the bigger picture in view.

You are confident presenting to and partnering with senior leaders, and you know how to tailor a message for the room. You build strong cross-functional relationships with intention, earning trust through transparency, follow-through, and a collaborative approach. You have a bias toward action and a track record of turning strategic direction into structured, executable plans.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience contributing to resource, capacity planning, or portfolio management in a cross-functional environment
Proven track record of developing executive-level presentations, strategic communications, and business reviews
Background in e-commerce, digital technology, or omni-channel retail
Experience supporting senior executives with communications or strategic planning
Familiarity with capacity planning tools (Meisterplan, Smartsheet, Monday, Clarity)
Proficiency in Apple ecosystem tools: Keynote, Numbers, Pages
Experience with data analysis, pivot tables, v-lookups, and synthesizing large datasets
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business planning, digital experience, or strategy roles, ideally within e-commerce or a B2C environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data, financial indicators, and market signals into clear, actionable insights
Outstanding communication and storytelling skills — able to distill complexity into compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including senior leadership
Proven ability to build structured frameworks, manage cross-functional work streams, and drive deliverables with accountability and precision
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field
