Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute marketing strategies and business plans for the region.
  • Track and report on the progress of regional business objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on regional business performance.
  • Aid in sales forecasting and address sales inquiries.
  • Assist in implementing the action plans for the sales team

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Excellent planning and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.
  • Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 & Above) to liaise with Japanese internal and external customers.
  • Self-reliant, detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Experience in sales planning or marketing in the industrial sector is advantageous.
