The Business Planning and Reporting Manager is to develop and implement strategic business plans to align with Head Office goals. He/She is to oversee short term and long-term business strategies to drive growth, efficiency and market competitiveness.
· STRATEGIC PLANNING Develop and implement strategic business plans to align with corporate goals and drive company growth
· FINANCIAL REPORTING Prepare and present detailed financial report and forecast to President and HQ.
· BUDGET MANAGEMENT Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with Company objectives and efficient resource allocation
· PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
· STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION Serve as the primary liaison between the local office, Regional Office and HQ, ensuring clear and effective communication of business strategics and performance metrics
· MARKET RESEARCH Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business planning and decision planning
· PROJECT MANAGEMENT Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the President, ensuring timely and successful completion
Job Requirements
· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
· 5 years of experience in business planning, financial reporting or a related role
· Strong business acumen
· Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
· Communication ability to speak and write Korean Business language is a must.
· Attention to detail high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all reporting and planning activities
