Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Business, Planning & Analysis Manager at our Dallas, TX location.
The Business, Planning and Analysis Manager has primary responsibility for regional support. This position will also assist in the development of annual budgets at the regional level. Responsibilities also include maintaining and updating the recurring financial forecast and analyzing monthly performance trends to compare budget/forecast expectations as well as analyzing current processes throughout the company to ensure materially correct financial reporting is occurring. The Manager assists with various salesforce performance/stack ranking reporting, other monthly internal management level reporting packages.
