Business Planner
Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
Fully understands the distribution and channel strategies and KPI
Clearly summarizes current situation and objectively states the potential gaps/opportunities/challenges
Constructively challenges each channel owner when necessary to meet sales targets
Effective collaboration with each stakeholders for the best outcome
Stays up to date with market, consumers and competitors and shares internally
Drives to implement new tools and developments for better decision making
Must Have Aspects 必須項目
Strong interest and will to understand the total business model of Takami
Clear and logical explanation of the current state of the business, and where it is heading
Ability to liaise and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in order to understand / comprehend current status
and issues
Project management skills to lead implementation of new technology for team wide Intelligence sharing
Preferred Qualification 希望項目
Experience handling multiple types of data, KPI and reports, digesting and sharing them to the management team
Project experience on BI implementation
