Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Business Performance Specialist on a permanent basis on our Home and Building Solutions (HABS) team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK We are open to candidates located across Western Canada to work on a remote basis.

The Team: You will provide analysis, recommendations, and post-implementation support HABS management and report into the Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement. This team strives to cultivate a culture of accuracy, collaboration, transparency, and empowerment.
The Customers: You will demonstrate customer focus while supporting local Co-op home centres.
