Job Description

You are offered a unique opportunity to apply your financial understanding in a position with high exposure to the business, the CFO and senior management – and do so in a global company that exists to improve the lives of people with intimate healthcare needs.

Join our Performance Management team
You will join our dynamic Performance Management team of 8 colleagues within the Corporate Finance department. Together, we work in depth with group performance management and key processes such as monthly performance reviews, sales and cost analysis, forecast processes, ambition and target dialogue with the entire organisation.

Be a trusted partner to the business
As you start your new job, you can expect a steep learning curve as you settle into our data-based set-up and processes. As a trusted partner to the business, you will deliver high-quality financial analysis and performance insights that support key decisions at senior management level.

Specifically, you will:

• Support senior management with financial analysis for local and global business needs
• Complete sales reports and analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Update and interpret monthly performance material across the company
• Work on quarterly forecasts and business actions
• Optimise, automate and streamline our performance processes
• Act as a Finance Business Partner supporting the organisation
• Participate in financial and commercial projects when needed

Can you transform data into valuable insights?
As an expert user of Excel with a solid understanding of data systems, modelling and automation, you can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering accurate, high quality work. With your curiosity and logical thinking, you communicate insights clearly and effectively to colleagues across the business. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are a strong team player.

Moreover, we imagine that you:
• Have a master’s degree in finance, business or similar
• Have 2-4 years of experience from a similar analytical/financial role
• Have a strong personal drive and an eagerness to learn
• Thrive in a team environment and are also able to work independently
• Speak and write English fluently

About Coloplast

Coloplast develops products and services to make life easier for people with deeply personal and private medical conditions. These conditions are often associated with trauma and taboo. The more intimate the condition, the greater the requirement to come closer to customers, understand their world and develop solutions that are sensitive to their special needs. We call this intimate healthcare.

Closeness to all customers makes this possible. We listen to better understand needs and respond by finding new ways to do things better together. We lead the way by bringing the best ideas first and fast to market in the form of medical devices and service solutions.

Deeply private and personal medical conditions are our focus. Our passion to make a real difference to people’s lives is what drives and unites us. Our culture supports high ambitions and releases the full potential of our own people to achieve them.

Our business includes Ostomy Care, Continence Care, Advanced Wound Care, Interventional Urology and Voice & Respiratory Care. We operate globally, employing more than 16,500 people.
