
The Business Performance and Insights Manager is responsible for enhancing business visibility and delivering strategic insights by integrating financial performance, commercial metrics, and operational OKRs into clear, actionable intelligence for leadership.
- OKR governance: Oversee alignment, tracking, and reporting of operational OKRs to ensure priorities remain visible and on target across the organization.
- Business performance tracking: Monitor key financial, commercial, and operational metrics to provide leadership with a clear understanding of performance trends.
- Strategic Projects: Maintain structured follow up on strategic projects, capturing progress, blockers, and outcomes to support decision making.
- Data Insights: Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, concise insights that inform strategic and operational actions.
- Identify risks and opportunities: Proactively surface emerging risks or growth opportunities using data driven analysis and cross functional input.
- Interface with commercial teams: Collaborate closely with Americas commercial stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure insights reflect real-time business realities.
Competencies/Experience/Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 8+ years of experience working in the automotive industry preferred
• 5+ years of experience working with business analytics is preferred
• Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
• Ability to translate data insights into clear, compelling narratives
• Strong expertise in performance tracking
• Advanced proficiency in building reports
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Tools and Excel
Salary Range:
• $93,500 - $160,000
Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, location and company guidelines
