The Business Performance and Analysis Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership by evaluating the financial and operational impact of new initiatives and innovations across the organization. This role ensures that all projects are aligned with business objectives, deliver measurable value, and remain within budget and timeline targets. By providing data-driven insights and performance analysis, the Manager supports informed decision-making that strengthens efficiency, profitability, and long-term organizational growth.
Financial and Business Analysis
Conduct detailed financial analyses for proposed projects and departmental innovations to assess cost, return on investment (ROI), and impact on overall profitability.
Evaluate financial performance trends and operational metrics across all business units to support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare business cases and financial models to present the viability of proposed initiatives to senior management.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies for proposed innovations and operational improvements.
Project Evaluation and Oversight
Review project proposals from various departments, ensuring they are aligned with company strategy, operational priorities, and available resources.
Assess process and cost impacts of each proposed initiative, identifying potential bottlenecks and dependencies.
Oversee project tracking and reporting to ensure transparency, accountability, and adherence to targets.
Support Country Management in evaluating which projects to prioritize based on financial and operational merit.
Performance Monitoring
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analytical tools to measure key operational and financial indicators.
Track progress and effectiveness of implemented projects, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Support management in setting and reviewing departmental performance goals.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other key departments to ensure consistent and accurate project evaluation.
Present financial and operational analyses to the Country Manager and leadership team in a clear, concise manner.
Facilitate alignment among departments by providing data-driven recommendations and maintaining communication flow across teams.
Process Improvement and Reporting
Recommend process enhancements based on financial and operational analysis to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Contribute to the development of analytical frameworks and reporting standards for project evaluation.
Prepare executive reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and project outcomes.

Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with ERP systems, budgeting software, or project management tools preferred
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an active license.
Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.
