The ICT Business plays a pivotal role in connecting business priorities with technology outcomes, acting as the trusted, go‑to advisor across all divisions and a core enabler within ICT. This role ensures technology decisions are driven by business priorities, delivering measurable value and strengthening ICT as a pillar of the organisation.
