About the Role

The ICT Business plays a pivotal role in connecting business priorities with technology outcomes, acting as the trusted, go‑to advisor across all divisions and a core enabler within ICT. This role ensures technology decisions are driven by business priorities, delivering measurable value and strengthening ICT as a pillar of the organisation.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the trusted strategic partner and primary point of contact between ICT and all divisions.
• Champion business needs within ICT, shaping solutions that drive outcomes and long‑term value.
• Lead proactive engagement with stakeholders to influence decision‑making and prioritisation.
• Align ICT services, investments, and roadmaps with organisational strategy.
• Drive accountability through effective SLA management and demand planning.
• Act as an enabler within ICT, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence.

Essential Requirements

• Be willing to do a Criminal Record Check
• hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)

• Possess relevant tertiary and/or professional qualifications in ICT/related discipline, OR have significant demonstrated experience in relevant field
