KWS Group is looking for a dedicated Business Partner Finance & Controlling – Türkiye to join our international Business Partner Finance & Controlling (BP F&C) team.

You will serve as a co-pilot to local management, transforming financial data into actionable business insights. You ensure that local operations are aligned with corporate objectives and supports sustainable business performance. As the primary contact for all financial matters, you coordinate with functional experts and shared service teams to deliver high-quality support. The role includes legal representation as Managing Director and active participation in the local leadership team.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Turkish HQ, Eskişehir, Türkiye

Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership & Decision Support

• Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership, providing insights for strategic and operational decisions.
• Identify business needs with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach.
• Monitor key business risks and support mitigation efforts.

Governance & Compliance

• Implement corporate policies and ensure compliance with local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Operational & Financial Management

• Prepare monthly liquidity forecasts and assess funding needs.
• Lead local credit committee meetings.
• Oversee quarterly and year‑end closings and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting.
• Support audits and tax-related inquiries.

Performance Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide performance insights, track KPIs, and analyze deviations.
• Support business cases and capex planning.
• Conduct profitability and cost center analyses.
• Validate local planning assumptions and coordinate intercompany topics.

Your Skills:

• Several years of professional finance experience in an international environment or fundamental financial audit background
• You bring a very good and in-depth understanding of operational finance, particularly of managing networking capital, investment and finance cashflow
• You possess a profound knowledge of IFRS and HGB, and you have dealt with operational tax matters
• You have an excellent command of English and Turkish (both written and spoken)
• A good user knowledge of SAP FI; other ERP systems and/ or SAP S4 Hana skills are an asset
• Finding solutions by using your analytical skills is one of your USPs
• You have developed strong stakeholder management skills (preferably in a business partner capacity), and you are willing to travel (about 25%) and build rapport with your stakeholders onsite
• An excellent customer service attitude
• You are keen on implementing global standards in finance
• You are comfortable in a dynamic, evolving business environment
