On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

As part of NBS LATAM, you will be part of the Nespresso Business Order Administration (BOA) team within the Record-to-Report (R2R) organization, delivering high-quality e-commerce management services to our markets across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end order administration processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in all activities related to e-commerce transactions. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, market teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely issue resolution, process standardization, continuous improvement, and exceptional service delivery. The position requires strong analytical skills, customer orientation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and enhanced customer experience while contributing to business objectives and service excellence.
A day in the life of...
As a BOA Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of e-commerce operations while driving operational excellence across Nespresso markets. Your day-to-day activities will include:
Ensuring accurate and timely online customer registration and account maintenance.
Processing customer orders and account updates before cut-off times to guarantee smooth and on-time deliveries.
Monitoring transactions and identifying potential fraud risks within the e-commerce channel.
Analyzing operational performance and service delivery through KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
Supporting markets with complex operational issues and driving timely resolution through effective stakeholder management.
Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and internal controls.
Identifying process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Providing guidance and knowledge sharing to team members on processes, systems, and best practices.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and Nespresso markets on projects, process standardization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Supporting the implementation of new processes, tools, and business requirements while ensuring operational readiness.
