About the role:●The Associate role is in Open Network Digital Commerce (ONDC) segment in the OrderFulfilment and IGM of Pai Pai Seller app.●The candidate is expected to monitor orders, coordination with seller, reassigning logisticsand monitor quality and take all required actions to fulfil orders.●The candidate should monitor the performance of the seller and logistics.●To create order cancellation reports and RCA.
Expectations/ Requirements:●The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success role of Hyperlocal deliveries (food, grocery, pharmacy).●The candidate should plan and implement improvement for the operational metrics like FillRate, TAT Breach.●The candidate should work with Product and technical teams to highlight loopholes.●Own and resolve the process pain points by observing the operations at the ground level,create corrective course of actions.
Skills that will help you succeed in this role:●Good stakeholder coordination.●Understanding of Technology and Customer Experience.●Willingness to experiment and improve continuously.●Understanding of CRM, Soft Communications and MS Excel skill is required.
