
As a Business Support Specialist II at Clario, you will play a key role in supporting business development and operational initiatives across the organization. What You’ll Be Doing
Support business development and operational projects in line with growth plans, particularly in Digital Physiology.
Conduct research, gather data, and compile reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Provide support in acquisition and integration processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., commercial, product, operations, and science) to gather information, support initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting enhancements, and supporting implementation of changes.
Assist with reporting and analytics, preparing summaries that highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide support during system and process changes, including documentation, testing, and communication with stakeholders.
Represent the company professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
Other responsibilities:
Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
Support long-range business operations initiatives through research and data preparation.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and go-get mentality.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills, with initiative and sound judgment.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the necessary discretion.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interest in exploring digital tools to drive efficiency.
Proficient in PowerBI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with different teams and stakeholders at all levels.
