This position resides in the Gas Dispatch and Scheduling organization. It provides direct support to the Gas Ops Leadership team, which includes Dispatch and Scheduling and Field Services. The position provides direct oversight of our Gas Operations Immediate Response IR metric’s, GPS Audit process, and our overall Business Process Review. This position will work collaboratively with our Field Service leadership teams to ensure we respond to our Immediate Response calls in an efficient manner while keeping our customer safety and customer satisfaction as paramount. The position will also work on or lead various Gas Operations initiatives and to ensure we promote best practices and efficiency throughout our work processes, specifically in the area of IR’s. The position is also a member of the Dispatch and Scheduling leadership team and will provide on call support for the Field Service Resource Coordinators supporting Gas Dispatch and Field Services.
The position work schedule is M-F 5am-1:30pm.
