We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist in Pharmacy to:

• Analyze operational performance, monitor trends, and report key findings.
• Gather and evaluate data to support targets for customer service, productivity, and cost control.
• Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures.
• Ensure departmental compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Support leadership with project planning, program development, and business opportunity evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree In business administration, finance, information systems, or another relevant field Required
• Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree in addition to the experience listed below. Required

Work Experience

• 1 year Of experience in healthcare, accounting, business administration, finance, analytics, project leadership, or related experience Required
• 2 years Of experience in healthcare, accounting, business administration, finance, analytics, project leadership, or related experience Preferred

UW Health Pharmacy Services Building – a non-clinical location in Middleton that houses many Pharmacy professionals. These employees perform various services and duties, including pharmacy administration, pharmacy primary care services, medication prior authorization, sterile and non-sterile compounding, unit dose packaging, and specialty/mail service program.
