As Business Operations Specialist, you support service operations for the Surgical Visualization and Guidance (SVG) business across the Nordics and the Netherlands, while providing operational support across HCS Northern Europe as needed. You ensure service contracts, billing, and operational data are managed accurately, enabling efficient service delivery and revenue realization. You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual commitments, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience. Through effective problem-solving and process improvements, you drive operational efficiency and service excellence. Your work provides the operational and financial foundation needed to support business performance across the region. As a candidate for this role, you are currently located in Sweden and your are proficient in English and Nordic languages.

Essential Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of customer service contracts, including creation, amendments, renewals, entitlement management, additions, deletions, and contract loading across multiple business systems.
Ensure accurate and timely billing of contract and non-contract services, including invoice processing, cost debriefing, purchase order management, supplier administration, revenue tracking, and ODS billing.
Maintain customer, supplier, asset, and install base data integrity, ensuring KPI achievement, configuration accuracy, contract quality, and compliance with business requirements.
Own cash collection support and dispute management activities, partnering with customers, Service Sales, Field Service, and Finance teams to resolve invoicing and contractual issues efficiently.
Provide flexible operational support across Nordic countries and, when required, wider Northern Europe teams, modalities, and business units based on business priorities and management direction.
Proven experience in service operations, contract administration, customer support, or service centre environments, including management of large and complex data sets';
Knowledge of service operations, including PCS, Imaging, ULT, Multi-Vendor services, contract administration, and customer service processes is a plus;
Experience using ServiceMax, BFE, Oracle Suite, Excel, and related service management, billing, reporting, and contract administration systems is a plus;
Highly proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize workloads effectively, and deliver results with minimal supervision;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions autonomously;
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills with the ability to work effectively across countries, modalities, and matrix organizations.
Proficient in several Nordic languages.
