Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversees the essential functions of multi-regional Product Readiness Managers and cohorts ensuring that there is a consistent compliance to business conduct guidelines, processes/procedures and decision hierarchies; This while serving as a point of contact for Product Readiness Managers in matters related to team resources, corporate goals/objectives, team/individual development strategies, and core task management etc 
• Enhance multi-regional performance and morale by monitoring engagement in adopted initiatives, competently addressing multi-regional challenges, and formulating insights into team receptions of implementation progress/efficacy at a regional level; Acts as a liaison/mediator between executive objectives and managerial implementation 
• Reviews and discusses with managers and team leads their quantitative insights of performance metrics and their recommended strategies; Establishes feedback systems to properly maintain the communication avenues for these 
• Represent multi-regional team priorities and conveys an analytical understanding of performances to cross-regional, cross-functional, and external parties throughout multiple contexts (e.g., business engagements, events, meetings, and presentations) 
• Foster high performance through hiring and evaluations for positions in a multi-regional value chain; Will act as a point of contact between the Product Readiness function and DISW’s hiring department to best address the screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes 
• Update, track and report the budget for Product Readiness operations at a multi-regional level in accordance with IFRS 15 and Siemens Reporting Guidelines; Efficiently manages the budget allocated to multiple teams/regions in collaboration with regional managers 
• Drive the planning and scoping of acquisition and integration related activity, with an emphasis on process harmonization, team structures, systems compatibility, and customer experience preservation 

Qualifications: 

• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Applications and virtual collaborative tools and practices 
• Consistently demonstrates critical judgement and strict adherence to ethical business practices, corporate policies, and functional processes serving as a primary example and advisor to multi-regional team members 
• Proficiently learn and navigate the programs/tools required at different stages of the operational processes, which includes but is not limited to ERP systems and SAP instances; Able to support teams with complex system uses 
• Understands day-to-day master data operations to an advanced degree guarding the use of outlined policies/processes, but simultaneously articulates opportunities for process improvements, enhancements, and documentation at a regional to global level 
• This is promoted to Essential Function as the candidate is competent enough to represent team frequently 
• Adapts to changing business environments while building and sustaining strategic relationships across the organization; Promotes a communicative and innovative culture by modelling a growth mindset 
• Develops and articulately presents recommendations for process improvement to executives and cross-functional departments; Recommendations are critically thought out, properly founded on analytical insight into teams and operations, conscientious of ongoing initiatives, structured across reasonable timelines, aligned to corporate values, and considerate of financial feasibility 
• Tactfully engages a diverse team, implementing best practices in conflict resolution, team development, communication structures, unified goal setting, and collaboration
