Job Description

About ReKlame Health

Sixty million adults experience mental health challenges in the United States, yet one-third lack access to proper care. Opioid overdose is the number one cause of death for people under 50 in the United States.

We are a clinician-led, tech-enabled provider group that exists to provide culturally competent behavioral health care addiction care, medication management, crisis intervention, and care coordination for people working towards taking back control of their lives, while expanding access to care.

Our vision at ReKlame Health is to create a future where individuals who have historically been unable to access the care they deserve can readily obtain high-quality behavioral health and addiction care.

At ReKlame Health, it goes beyond mere employment; it's about becoming a part of a formidable movement transcending individuality. Let's unite and forge a world where health equity and effortless access to exceptional mental healthcare can co-exist.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Associate to join our Business Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations. You’ll work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations and have regular contact with our CEO, sitting at the center of how the company runs: the dashboards leadership trusts, the operating cadence that keeps teams accountable, and the cross-functional projects that unlock growth.

This is not a typical associate role. Growth is outrunning our operations — credentialing and payer setup create trapped revenue, provider ramp is inconsistent, and we’re building our single source of truth on operating health. You’ll help solve these problems directly, with real ownership from day one and daily visibility into executive decision-making.

Our Culture

We are a mission-driven, fast-moving team of builders who take radical ownership, hold each other accountable, and collaborate without ego all in service of expanding access to mental health and addiction care. What that looks like day to day:

  • Mission First. Everything we build serves our purpose of expanding access to high-quality, culturally competent care for people who have historically been left out.

  • Builders, not maintainers. We see the gap, build the thing, and own the outcome. People energized by ambiguity thrive here; those who need a fully-defined lane do not.

  • Move fast, bring order. We scale fast, but we convert speed into systems. We value people who can move quickly and bring order, not one or the other.

  • Collaborate without ego. We figure it out together across Clinical Ops, Finance, and the Chief of Staff. We prize partnership over turf and empire-building.

  • Accountable to outcomes. We care about follow-through and visible results, scorecards, owners, and deadlines over activity or polish.

Key Responsibilities

KPI Tracking & Performance Insights

  • Help build and maintain the dashboards that track our most important metrics: providers hired, credentialed, and ready to bill; claims submitted; payer readiness by state; and operating health across teams

  • Analyze core metrics to spot risks, leaks, and opportunities then translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership

  • Contribute to weekly operating scorecards, monthly reviews, and data-driven updates for the CEO and leadership team

Credentialing & Payer Operations

  • Help run our credentialing and payer-operations command center: provider credentialing status, enrollment timelines, contracting gaps, and state-by-state market readiness

  • Track denial patterns and root causes tied to setup issues, and drive resolution across RCM, Finance, and payer contacts

  • Treat credentialing and payer setup as what they are at ReKlame: core revenue infrastructure

Operating Cadence & Execution

  • Support the weekly business operations meeting: agendas, trackers, owners, deadlines, and follow-through

  • Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, keeping scope, timelines, and deliverables clear and escalating risks with proposed solutions

  • Help ensure the right information flows between Clinical Ops, Finance, RCM, and leadership so decisions get made quickly

Special Projects & Zero-to-One Builds

  • Take on ambiguous, high-priority problems without a clear owner — build the process, test it, then hand it to a long-term owner

  • Support business cases for new growth initiatives: workflow design, staffing needs, and financial modeling

  • Prepare executive-ready memos, presentations, and briefing materials

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, business operations, or a high-growth startup

  • Strong analytical skills — you can build models and dashboards and extract insights that drive decisions; advanced Excel or Google Sheets required, SQL a plus

  • Proven project management ability: organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable running multiple workstreams at once

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity for senior audiences

  • High initiative and resourcefulness — you drive work forward in ambiguous, fast-changing environments without waiting to be told

  • Meticulous attention to detail; your work is final-quality

  • Healthcare experience (credentialing, payers, RCM, or care delivery) is a plus, not a requirement — curiosity and a fast learning curve are

  • Deep alignment with ReKlame Health’s mission of expanding access to behavioral health and addiction care

  • Able to work 4 days/week in our Grand Central (NYC) office

You will love this role if:

  • An operator at heart, motivated by bridging the gap between strategy and execution

  • Energized by breadth comfortable shifting between data analysis, process building, and cross-functional problem-solving in the same week

  • Someone who takes ownership of outcomes and measures success by company results, not activity

  • Excited to learn healthcare operations from the inside at a company where your work directly expands access to care

COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS

  • Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base salary

  • Upside: Performance-based bonus + stock options

  • Location: Hybrid 4 days per week in the office

  • Reports to: Director of Business Operations

BENEFITS & PERKS

We invest in our team’s health, security, and growth:

  • Health: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Financial & well-being. 401(k) with company matching, Short-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Spring Health.

  • Time off. 21 days of PTO plus 8 company holidays.
